I had the privilege of delivering training courses, facilitating supportive learning environments, and leading initiatives to promote mental health awareness and resilience. My experiences in the role deepened my understanding of mental health issues and inspired me to advocate for greater support and resources for individuals facing mental health challenges.
In addition to my work in mental health, I have a strong background in community engagement and heritage interpretation. My roles as a Visitor Services Host at the Museum of London and Freelance Casual Host have allowed me to engage with diverse communities and foster connections between people and their surroundings. I am passionate about promoting inclusivity, diversity, and a sense of belonging for all.

While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
